Gustavo is a licensed Florida real estate agent who graduated from The Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Being born in Colombia, Gustavo is 100% fluent in English and Spanish. Gustavo is very well rounded in all aspects of the real estate and property management industry with experience in both, residential and commercial marketplace.

Gustavo’s energy, easy going personality and unmistakable knowledge of the tri-county area (Miami-Dade, Broward & Palm Beach County) helps Cnergy’s clients to meet their real estate dreams. Ricardo Jimenez

Ricardo Jimenez is a Business Administrator with an MBA from Florida National University where he graduates with honors Summa Cum Laude.

Ricardo was born in Colombia and he is 100% fully bilingual (English and Spanish) arrived to South Florida in 2011, and since then he has been working in the Real Estate business, having had the opportunity to work in different sectors of the market, such as property management and municipal lien searches.

Ricardo has extensive knowledge in the multiple issues a property may face with the county and the cities, and he is very resourceful and efficient in solving them, always making sure that Cnergy clients’ interests are protected.

He’s extensive experience coupled with his proactivity, commitment and professionalism ensures that fine risks and possible municipality problems are always minimized.  He is a real estate passionate and he is eager to put his knowledge at the service of his clients by identifying early market opportunities and matching them with his clients’ requests.
